Techno-Functional Salesforce Solution Architect

Job Details:

We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Solution Architect to lead a cross-functional delivery pod and drive end-to-end solution design, architecture, and program execution for large enterprise transformation initiatives.

Total 12+ years of experience with at least 10+ years of Salesforce and 2+ years of Site tracker

Performed solution architect role for at least 3 years and at least one project on Site tracker

Lead discovery sessions independently with business stakeholders, guiding discussions to define and finalize requirements aligned with Salesforce and Sitetracker capabilities.

Experience of integrating with Site Tracker with Salesforce and other systems. Integration experience with Service Now is highly preferred

Architected multi-system or enterprise-level solutions across multiple business units.

Reframe vague customer needs into clear, actionable technical requirements that drive solution development.

Guide and enforce best practices

Envision and define overall architecture adhering to system capabilities and minimizing customization

Experience in communications industry is a huge plus
