Detailed Job Description:

• 12 + years' experience as a VOIP Engineer
• Expert SIP experience and can troubleshoot SIP/Diameter calls
• Expert knowledge on BroadSoft (AS/XS) mode experience, new features implementation and deployment support.
• Knowledge of IMS call flows and IMS CORE
• Knowledge of 911 call flows, FCC regulatory requirements STIRSHAKEN, RAYBAUM ACT, KARI's LAW, etc...
• Exposure to Webex, Teams Directing Routing,
• Coding (Python, SIPp.) and Scripting Experience
• Working knowledge of Git, API's, Jenkins, Docker, JIRA, WireShark, TestRail, Databases, XML, Netscout IRIS
• Rest Experience/ API testing
• Cloud technology, Linux OS and Patch upgrades, Writing Ansible playbooks
• Performance and Resiliency testing
• Networking understanding
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
• Excellent verbal and written skills

Education: Bachelor's / Masters
