Job Overview:
In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Technology Business Systems Consulting. You will contribute to large-scale planning, review and analyze challenges, and collaborate with client personnel to meet deliverables. This role requires a solid understanding of function policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. You will also act as a product owner for Financial Crimes applications, working closely with technology partners to develop solutions that satisfy complex business process needs.

Responsibilities:

• Client is seeking a Technology Business Systems Consultant 3 to join the Financial Crimes Data, Platforms and Reporting team within Financial Crimes Risk Management (FCRM).
• The Technology Business Systems Consultant 3 will assist in writing in-depth business requirements and coordinating with technology resources to develop data and platform systems in alignment with the product vision and roadmap utilizing an agile methodology within FCRM in support of the Enterprise-Wide Risk Assessment (EWRA) process.
• In addition, candidates will act as a product owner of Financial Crimes applications working closely with technology partners to develop solutions satisfying complex business process needs.
• This includes preparing user stories and acceptance criteria for system changes, recommending, and initiating system testing and acting as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiency.

• 4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Corporate Risk experience.
• 3+ years of SQL programming experience, specifically with Teradata.
• Strong business technology analysis experience in developing technical requirements and working with JIRA on creating stories, features, and epics.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
• Knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance requirements surrounding the USA PATRIOT Act and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.
• Microsoft SharePoint site design and administration functions experience.
• Strong project management and product ownership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills.
• Understanding of the banking industry and products (DDA, brokerage, ACH, wires, etc.).
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
• Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).

Pay Range: $48-50

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
