  • Prepare and implement proactive QA/QC plans for projects; support design production in Revit/CAD.
  • Perform job site visits to assess field conditions and monitor progress against specs and codes.
  • Coordinate job closeout: documentation, lessons learned, and required filings.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines on equipment needs and technical information; read and interpret drawings and reports.
  • Attend owner/architect/client meetings and document issues; pursue internal/external training to expand technical expertise.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Understanding of project approach and system design; basic budgeting knowledge.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, presentation, organizational, and decision-making skills; clear speech and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints/specs and coordinate with multiple disciplines and stakeholders.

What We Offer

  • 100% Employee-Owned – Ownership from day one with immediate ESOP vesting.
