Technology Intern – NCR Atleos
At NCR Atleos, our Technology Interns are immersed in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment where they gain hands-on experience across multiple disciplines including software engineering, AI engineering, cybersecurity, support engineering, development, and SQL database administration. This internship is designed to provide college students with exposure to real-world challenges, collaborative problem-solving, and cutting-edge technologies that power global commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions.
• Assist in building and optimizing AI models and data pipelines.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives by helping monitor systems, identify vulnerabilities, and implement protective measures.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal tools and platforms.
• Contribute to database management tasks including writing SQL queries, maintaining data integrity, and supporting performance tuning.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and team meetings to learn best practices and contribute ideas.
• Document technical processes, learnings, and project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or SQL.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Passion for technology and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
