Digital Knowledge & Comm s Lead
Create, manage, and continuously improve content across multiple platforms.
Define and drive the overall content and communication strategy for managing. Knowledge across audiences (internal/external) and aligning with business goals, user needs and priorities.
Evaluate existing content platforms and make recommendations based on the need for users, content delivery and scalability.
Monitor content performance using engagement analytics and user feedback; adjust strategy as needed to optimize value.
Ensure existing content (sites, repositories, news articles, playbooks, guides) is maintained after each release.
Provide training and support to admin users, enabling them to contribute high-quality content and use platform functionality effectively.
Adapt content and communication strategies based on adoption trends and user behavior insights.
Create and manage internal and external communications plans including announcements, newsletters, and stakeholder updates.
Develop and apply visual elements such as logos, illustrations to support content clarity and engagement.
Analyze design challenges and provide creative, effective solutions that enhance the user experience.
Manage multiple content and adoption projects concurrently while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and with consultants.
A Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Proven experience in content curation, social media management, or digital marketing.
Exceptional research, analytical, and writing skills.
Background in Knowledge Base creation, UX/UI and Knowledge Management principles
Familiarity with tools for website creation and SEO best practices
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team in a fast-paced, agile environment.
