We are looking for an experienced Technology Lead with strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript ES6, HTML5, and CSS3. The ideal candidate should have solid experience developing scalable, responsive web applications and a strong understanding of modern React architecture, state management, and frontend development practices.

The candidate will be responsible for developing, debugging, and maintaining high-quality frontend applications while working with APIs, version control systems, and modern frontend build tools.

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React.js.
• Develop reusable and scalable UI components using modern React architecture.
• Write clean and maintainable code using JavaScript ES6+.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML5 and CSS3.
• Implement application state management using Redux, Context API, Zustand, or similar libraries.
• Integrate and consume RESTful APIs and work with JSON data structures.
• Use Git and other version control tools for source code management.
• Apply responsive web design principles across different devices and screen sizes.
• Work with modern frontend build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or Babel.
• Utilize React Hooks and demonstrate a strong understanding of component lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex frontend issues.
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, business stakeholders, and other technical teams.
• Participate in code reviews and follow established development standards and best practices.

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js / ReactJS.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript ES6+.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience with state management libraries:
  • Redux
  • Context API
  • Zustand
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Hands-on experience with Git/version control systems.
• Good understanding of responsive web design.
• Experience with frontend build tools such as:

  • Babel
• Strong knowledge of:

  • Component lifecycle
  • React architecture

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
