Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Utilities CC&B Functional Lead to drive strategic initiatives in CCB area. The role will focus on stakeholder engagement, current-state assessments, solution design, modernization strategy, and migration planning for Oracle Utilities platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
"Lead business and application assessments for Oracle Utilities CC&B environments.
"Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, SMEs, architects, and program leadership to identify opportunities and challenges.
"Analyze current-state processes, applications, integrations, and operating models.
"Perform fit-gap assessments and develop strategic recommendations.
"Define target-state business processes and high-level solution designs.
"Develop modernization, migration, and transformation roadmaps.
"Evaluate impacts to business processes, data, integrations, and operations.
"Collaborate with architecture and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility.
"Present findings, recommendations, and business cases to executive stakeholders.
"Drive alignment across business, technology, and vendor teams.
