Technology Program Manager

A growing, employee-owned organization supporting the AEC and construction industry is seeking an experienced Technology Program Manager to join its Business Technology team in Granite City, IL.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of project or program management experience, preferably supporting multiple concurrent technology workstreams or a portfolio of initiatives.

This position will coordinate delivery across multiple technology teams while providing visibility into roadmaps, dependencies, risks, resource needs, performance, and overall portfolio health.

Responsibilities

· Maintain portfolio-level roadmaps across technology initiatives.

· Track dependencies, risks, and blockers across multiple teams.

· Coordinate initiatives that require multiple teams to deliver.

· Identify and escalate resource gaps and delivery conflicts.

· Develop portfolio dashboards and status reporting.

· Track software delivery metrics, including cycle time, deployment frequency, defect rates, and other performance indicators.

· Support reporting related to AI-assisted and agentic software delivery.

· Maintain portfolio-level audit trails and documentation.

· Ensure specifications, approvals, and sign-offs are complete and accessible.

· Prepare materials for executive strategic reviews.

· Translate technical delivery information into clear business updates.

· Support teams in applying consistent project specifications and processes.

· Help improve prioritization frameworks and delivery processes.

· Support the continued development of technology governance standards.

Qualifications

· 4+ years of project or program management experience.

· Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, workstreams, or portfolio initiatives.

· Strong cross-team dependency management experience.

· Experience developing risk and escalation processes.

· Strong understanding of project timelines, scope, budgets, and delivery.

· Familiarity with software delivery metrics preferred.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

· Experience working within matrixed organizations.

· Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar platforms.

· Familiarity with AI-assisted or agentic software development is a plus.

· Strong interest in AI-driven technology delivery and governance encouraged.

· Construction, engineering, or field-services experience is a plus.

· Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation & Benefits

· $105,000–$130,000 Base Salary
