Work Mode: Remote Responsibilities: Lead and manage technology projects across Member and Broker platforms Coordinate with Infrastructure, .NET Development, Azure, and Microsoft Power Platform teams for seamless delivery Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and ensure on-time execution Provide clear, concise status updates to leadership and stakeholders Drive governance, reporting cadence, and stakeholder communication Manage scope changes and ensure alignment with business priorities Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into actionable delivery plans Perform end-to-end management of a single or portfolio of projects with TCV $500K–$1Mn in deliverables or outcome-based models Deliver agreed scope within timelines and cost, ensuring project success criteria and customer satisfaction are met Requirements: 8 years of experience in Technology Project Management Strong experience in Healthcare Payer domain (Member and/or Provider) Hands-on experience managing projects in Microsoft technology stack (.NET, Azure, Microsoft Power Platform) Experience working with cross-functional teams (Infrastructure, Development, QA, Business) Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills Experience with Broker and Member systems in Medicare Advantage Exposure to cloud-based transformations leveraging Azure Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, and enterprise workflow solutions Familiarity with enterprise tools for project tracking and reporting
