Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency
Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies and tools
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective
Scope changes and develop client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates

- Experience in collaborating with other units to develop client specific solutions.
- Experience in customer driving workshops, pre-RFP discussions.
- Experience in extending thoughts to leadership for influencing / winning the deals.
- Experience in defining program plan, strategy and business benefits definition and refinement
- Experience in managing the sponsors and stakeholders of the program.
- Experience in taking end-to-end bottom-line responsibility of a pursuit.
- Experience in achieving the program delivery goals with respect to time, budget, functionality and quality according to the program plan.
- Experience in ensuring right staffing for the program and mitigate resourcing issues from different areas where the skills are to be procured.
- Experience in team management and team building
- Experience in identification and mitigation of risks.
- Experience in creating status report for management - both internal and for customer.
- Experience in assisting customers in defining business cases for solutions.
- Experience in financial (budget, vendors) management of the program

- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
