We are currently seeking a Life Science Recruiter to support Technology talent acquisition initiatives across our medical device business. 

Responsibilities: 

• Identify and deliver top-tier talent to accelerate hiring goals. 
• Partner with HR and hiring leaders to deliver a seamless, high‑touch candidate experience. 
• Leverage Workday ATS and sourcing technologies to optimize workflow and pipeline visibility. 
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. 

Education and Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of  seven  years of full-cycle recruiting experience within an RPO or corporate talent acquisition environment, with an expertise supporting Technology hiring, specifically  software (mobile) or embedded engineering.
• Experience with Workday ATS is preferred.
