Technology Specialist for AV and IT

Wisconsin Lutheran College (WLC) is seeking a customer-focused Technology Specialist to deliver comprehensive, service-oriented support for audio-visual (AV) and information technology (IT) systems across campus. Working closely with faculty, staff, students, and the IT team, this role ensures reliable and user-friendly tech experiences in classrooms, offices, and event spaces. Key responsibilities include supporting campus event AV and livestreaming needs, maintaining specialized technology areas, managing digital signage, and assisting with campus safety technology. The ideal candidate possesses strong troubleshooting capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset. Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree in a related field and/or have two to four years of equivalent hands-on experience. Candidates should have the physical ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds and be able to support evening and weekend events.

Candidates must perform duties in a manner consistent with WLCs mission and Code of Christian Conduct, reflecting the Colleges affiliation with the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS).
