Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Contact Center Engineer/Analyst with expertise in Amazon Connect, CCaaS, and AWS integrations to support contact center transformation and ongoing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, and enhance Amazon Connect.

• Troubleshoot contact center issues and provide production support.

• Gather and document business and technical requirements.

• Support AWS and enterprise application integrations.

• Coordinate testing, deployment, and platform enhancements.

• Monitor platform performance and recommend improvements.

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure service quality.

Required Skills:

• Amazon Connect / CCaaS

• Contact Center Operations and Support

• AWS and Integration Experience

Preferred Skills:

• Utilities Industry Experience

• Salesforce

• Conversational AI / IVR

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Additional Requirements:

• Candidates must be local to Orange, CT, or willing to relocate.

• Valid work authorization required for the assignment duration.

• Utilities industry experience preferred.

• High possibility of extension.
