Job Description

We are seeking a Technology Support Contractor to provide technical assistance and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for incoming hardware, software, and computer system issues.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems related to IT systems and applications.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners.

• Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.

• Assist users with technical queries and provide timely resolutions.

• Document technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and solutions for future reference.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations and minimize system downtime.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in IT Support, Technical Support, or Help Desk Support.

• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking.

• Experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and network connectivity.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to manage multiple technical issues and prioritize support requests.
