Online Enrollment Instructions Log on Go to www.dasd.org >Classlink >Benefitfocus If Enrolling For the First Time or During Open Enrollment:

• At the top of the page under the welcome note, click on the Get Started button to begin the first step of the enrollment process. The system will now guide you through the enrollment process.
• Review your demographic information and communication materials about these benefits, when everything looks correct move on to make an election. The complimentary benefits are listed in the DASD Paid Benefits tab.
• Add Dependents Confirm and Submit
• After you have reviewed/edited all necessary benefit elections, you will need to select the Complete Enrollment button on the bottom of the page to confirm and submit your benefit elections. After you have completed your enrollment you will be able to view and save your elections. Please note, that Benefit Focus is available all year for you to go in and view your benefits, make changes, and see documents pertaining to your elections for the current plan year. Review Information Click on any topic on the header bar or in the Quick Links section. Once you are ready to begin your enrollment, click on Enroll Now in the green box and you will be directed to Benefit Focus to enroll in benefits. If you have a dependent, spouse or child(ren) please take the time to add their information so they can be covered under the complementary benefits. If a dependent is added, you will be prompted to upload their verification documentation through the Document Manager. You must upload dependent verification information within 31 days: i.e. - marriage license, birth certificate, etc.
• When enrolling in Telemedicine and the Employee Assistance Program, please make sure you add your dependent(s) to the coverage by selecting their names during the enrollment process. For Current Employees or For Life Event Changes:
• Once in Benefit Focus, click on Add Dependents (if applicable) and add your spouse and/or child(ren). If a dependent is added, the Document Manager will appear after you make selections for you to upload your dependent verification documentation.
• You must upload dependent verification information within 31 days: i.e. - marriage license, birth certificate, etc.
• Navigate back to your benefit home screen. To add dependent(s) to your Telemedicine and Employee Assistance Program please click on the benefit listed and add dependent(s) to each.
