What You'll Do as a Telemarketer – 1st Shift:- Seek out new business opportunities with customers by phone
- Assist customers with placing orders and providing sales quotes
- Work closely with outside sales representatives on customer orders and quotes
- Research product solutions to help customers resolve field-project issues
- Provide professional customer service and support
What You Need to Bring to the Telemarketer – 1st Shift Role:- Prior telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service experience
- Previous experience with wood, woodworking, panels, and/or boards is a strong plus
- Architectural or interior hardware experience is helpful but not required
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Team-oriented mindset with initiative, drive, and creativity
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; AS400 experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 50 pounds as required
