ROLE DESCRIPTION: The Receptionist/General Telemarketer for Roxy Clifton State Farm, is entry-level position designed for individuals who are motivated to build a career in sales. We are open to full or part time positions in this role. You will help grow our agency by building meaningful customer relationships, serving as a liaison between customer needs and agency services, and proactively marketing products that protect what matters most.
You'll begin by learning our business through outbound calling, lead generation, customer service, and day-to-day office operations. As you gain experience and obtain your insurance licenses, you'll have the opportunity to transition into a licensed Insurance Account Representative with increased earning potential and opportunities for advancement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and regular follow-up.
- Work new and existing sales leads through outbound calls, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Schedule appointments for licensed team members and identify customer needs.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, by assisting customers with general service.
- Promote long-term customer relationships through professional communication and follow-up.
- Perform general office and administrative duties, including data entry and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Learn agency processes and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn through ongoing coaching and training.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales experience (inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, telemarketing, or customer service) is preferred but not required.
- Experience building and maintaining customer relationships is a plus.
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to anticipate customer needs and build rapport.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, dependable, coachable, and goal-oriented.
