Daniel Lottinger - State Farm Agentis hiring a limited number of full-time, in-office Insurance Sales team members to support our growth in Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life and fill the role of Telemarketer - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate new business by executing a structured activity plan, including:
Inbound lead follow-up
Outbound calling and outreach
Prospecting and converting qualified leads into opportunities
Manage customer accounts by keeping customer and policy details accurate and up to date in the CRM/database.
Support customers with:
Policy questions and general inquiries
Policy changes and updates
Clear guidance on coverage options and next steps
Partner with underwriters to help applications and requests move forward efficiently and support timely policy issuance.
Maintain follow-through by tracking performance, documenting calls/statuses, and ensuring next steps are completed so leads don’t slip away.
Represent the agency professionally with strong communication and a customer-first mindset at every touchpoint.

QUALIFICATIONS
Team player with a competitive spirit and a positive attitude.
Excellent customer service and communication skills (friendly, clear, confident).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—accuracy is essential in insurance.
Basic computer skills and comfort working in a CRM/database.
Previous experience at an insurance agency is a plus, or being currently P&C and/or Life licensed.
Prior sales and/or call center experience is a plus.
Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
