Responsibilities
Reach out to potential customers via telephone to introduce our products and services
Conduct cold calling to generate leads and schedule sales appointments
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
Update customer information in the company database
Follow up with leads and keep accurate records of all interactions
Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly basis
Collaborate with the sales team to implement sales strategies and techniques
Requirements
Proven experience as a Telemarketing Representative or similar customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to deliver sales pitches and build rapport with potential customers
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Good time management and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
High school diploma or equivalent
