Telemarketing - Lead Generation

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

• Qualifying database via phone & email
• Updating CRM Database
• Find leads through phone communication, create leads in CRM, and assign leads to the correct sales
• Support & execute planned TM campaigns or support event campaigns

What You Need to Succeed

• Minimum requirement is a Bachelor's or Diploma degree in any major; however, a technical background such as chemical, electrical, or related fields is considered a plus.
• English is a must (reading & listening)
• Strong communication skill
• Persuasive in information gathering and management
• Result-driven
• Self-motivated with a good working attitude
• Background in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or data surveyor is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
