Telemetry Tech

Position Summary:The Telemetry Technician performs a variety of technical tasks under the direction of the Registered Nurse. The duties are of a technical nature requiring specialized training and skills. The Telemetry Technician demonstrates the ability to monitor Adult patients on telemetry.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Associate’s Degree/Clinical Certification preferred or comparable Copley experience.

Certifications:

• CPR Required
• CNA certification preferred
• Telemetry Class and Competency in EKG interpretation Required

Special Skills:

• Bilingual (Spanish) abilities highly desirable

• Previous experience preferred
