Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).
• Travel experience is preferred.
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
An interview may not be available prior to offer. Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to.
Special Requests: - Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. - Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. - Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check. - Daily parking costs $15+/day; monthly parking passes for on- or off-campus garages and lots range from $95 - $120.
Unit Details: - Cardiac surgery includes CABG, ACB, heart bypass surgery, and valve replacement.
Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend is required. - Candidates must be flexible on scheduling.
Floating Requirements: - RNs need to be open to floating; cardiac drip experience will be required. - The clinician will be first to float.
7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days. Maximum consecutive days off: 5
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
Driver’s license required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
