Provide direct patient care in a 12-bed Surgical ICU serving a high-acuity population including liver/kidney transplant, vascular surgery, ENT/oncology, and complex abdominal surgery patients. Titrate vasoactive and sedation drips including vasopressin, epinephrine, levophed, heparin, dobutamine, dopamine, versed, hydromorphone, fentanyl, ketamine, nimbex, esmolol, and cardene.
