The Opportunity

We are hiring a Telephone Sales Appointment Setter (Portrait Experience Specialist) to be the voice of our brand. You will speak with warm, high-interest prospects who already know and love what we do, guiding them toward scheduling meaningful portrait sessions.

This is not cold calling. You will focus on real conversations, understanding each client’s story, and turning their interest into confirmed bookings. What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to warm, high-interest leads and convert them into scheduled portrait sessions.
• Answer inbound calls, provide information, and confidently guide clients to book appointments.
• Build rapport by listening to clients’ stories and understanding what and who they want to celebrate.
• Use empathy and strong questioning to uncover needs and align clients with the right portrait experience.
• Manage and track all appointments and follow-ups using CRM and scheduling software to keep your pipeline organized.

What Success Looks Like

• Consistently convert a high percentage of warm leads into confirmed bookings while maintaining a professional, caring client experience.
• Meet or exceed individual KPIs, including conversion, call quality, and show-up rates, within your first 60–90 days.
• Quickly become confident in our scripts, systems, and offerings so you can lead client conversations without hesitation.
• Contribute to monthly and quarterly studio revenue goals through reliable performance and steady appointment volume.

What We're Looking For

• Proven telephone sales experience (ideally 3+ years) with a strong track record of closing or setting qualified appointments.
• Warm, energetic, and professional phone presence, with excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Comfort handling both inbound and outbound calls while staying organized in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Tech-savvy and able to work confidently with CRM and scheduling tools (such as Salesforce, Acuity, or similar).

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay plus commission, with top performers earning $40+/hr based on conversion performance.
• Bonuses, including monthly and quarterly incentives tied to personal and team KPIs, plus paid training and staff discounts.
• Full-time or part-time employment.
• Ability to work Tuesday–Saturday.
