Location: Houston, Texas (Onsite)

Role Overview

This role is responsible for delivering a client service experience while servicing clients with a full range of banking products and services. The position involves executing various administrative and operational activities related to clients, banking products, and services. The individual will interact with clients in person, via telephone, and by email, responding to inquiries and providing information as requested.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and submit client account servicing activities, including the processing of wires and fund transfers, opening and closing accounts, and maintaining accurate account records.
  • Handle paying and receiving activities, including cash transactions and daily balancing.
  • Assist with the maintenance and servicing of Safe Deposit Boxes where available.
  • Demonstrate expertise in setting up all types of client accounts and services, reviewing documentation for completeness.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of policies and procedures, addressing requirements in adherence with risk management and compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain knowledge of business applications critical to client and account servicing.
  • Stay informed of all new products and services to respond to client questions and expand client relationships.
  • Provide maintenance and holistic advice on assigned relationships by cross-selling and identifying client needs.
  • Serve as a mentor to fellow Personal Bankers, offering guidance and direction as needed.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 3-5 years of related experience is required.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of banking operations, products, and services is preferred.
  • Knowledge of federal regulations and banking guidelines.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are required to identify and resolve requests and manage priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
