We are seeking experienced Banquet Bartenders to support upscale events in Downtown Waco. This is a great opportunity for bartenders who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and take pride in providing top-tier service.
Event Dates & Shifts:
Friday, June 5th 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Saturday, June 6th 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Job Summary: This role is responsible for preparing and serving beverages in a busy banquet setting. Candidates must be confident mixing standard cocktails and delivering professional, efficient service throughout the event.
Responsibilities:
Set up and break down banquet bar stations
Prepare and serve beer, wine, and mixed drinks (Tito's & soda, margaritas, Old Fashioneds, etc.)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Provide excellent customer service in a professional event environment
Follow all TABC and safety guidelines
Requirements:
Prior bartending experience (must be listed on resume)
Valid TABC Certification required
High-volume or banquet experience preferred
Familiarity with Toast POS is a plus
Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled event shifts
