What Youll Do
Provide outpatient physical therapy services to adult and pediatric patients
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement evidence-based therapy techniques, including modalities like Estim and USD (device-specific training to be provided)
Manage musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and balance impairments
Document patient progress accurately and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and injury prevention strategies
Work collaboratively within the facility to optimize patient outcomes
What You Need
Licensure in New Hampshire as a Physical Therapist
Minimum of 2 years outpatient rehab experience preferred
Strong knowledge of orthopedic, neuro, and balance therapy
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Excellent communication and patient care skills
