Temp Recruiter

Client Overview:
Our client, a leader in food ingredients, flavors, and fragrances, is seeking a Temp Recruiter to join their team to cover a leave of absence. This global brand is looking to staff in one of their HQ locations.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$30/hr

Position Overview:
The Temp Recruiter will partner with executives to understand hiring profiles, source candidates, conduct interviews, submit to managers, and work with prospective candidates throughout the hiring timeline. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and the ideal candidate must be onsite at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities of the Temp Recruiter:

• The Temp Recruiter will work closely with executives to understand openings, learn the hiring profile, and ensure needs are met.
• Post jobs, source candidates, schedule interviews, and speak with prospective candidates throughout the process.
• Communicate with candidates and Managers to streamline the interview and hiring process.
• Make updates in the ATS and track the candidate and job progress in the system.

Required Experience/Skills for the Temp Recruiter:

• Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience recruiting.
• Able to build relationships with Hiring Managers, understand the match, and flex when needed.
• Experience sourcing talent, scheduling interviews, conducting behavioral and technical interviews, and extending offers to talent.
• Must have experience using an ATS.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Temp Recruiter:

• Experience recruiting for various roles, including professional, manufacturing, and R&D.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
