Employee Separation Policy: Any past employee of UPH whether FTE, or PRN for the UPH float pool, cannot work travel in another Market no matter which facility they currently work at, or have worked at within the past 12 months. If they worked travel at UPH (not FTE or PRN), the separation policy does not apply
HOLIDAY update: Unless the Unit is closed, your contractor is required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming Winter holidays
- NBO: 16 hrs
- EMR: EPIC
- OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier
- Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum --- In order for CB to apply, the RN must have clocked out, and left the premises, and THEN called back in. If they remain on shift, it counts as overage hours towards OT where applicable

Billable OT:
- 36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40
- 48 hrs/week, OT billable after 48
