As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional/clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients.
- NBO: 16 hrs
- EMR: EPIC
- OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier
- Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum
- On Call: ***/hr
- Charge/Precept: ***/hr
Employee Separation Policy: Any past employee of UPH, whether FTE or PRN for the UPH float pool, cannot work travel in another Market, no matter which facility they currently work at or have worked at within the past 12 months. If they worked travel at UPH (not FTE or PRN), the separation policy does not apply.
Local Radius rule: No locals - All candidates must be at least 50 miles from the facility (based on driver's license)
Billable OT: - 36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40
- 48 hrs/week, OT billable after 48
Winter Holidays: Traveler will be required to work 2 of 3 (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day)

RequirementDescription:
- ADULT POPULATION ONLY (this is no longer a NICU patient population)
- 24 months minimum of previous Respiratory Therapist (RT) experience - [REQUIRED]
- Previous UPH FTE/PRN employees must be gone for at least 1 year to return as a traveler - [REQUIRED]
- Must have successfully completed at least 1 travel contract - [REQUIRED]
- Active WI Respiratory Therapist (RT) state license - [REQUIRED]
