Required Skills:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan
Proven experience in emergency room or acute care settings
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Nice to Have Skills:
BLS and ACLS certifications
Prior experience in trauma or acute care units
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems

Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree preferred
At least 1-2 years of ER or emergency nursing experience
Other Requirements:
Willingness to work night shifts and overtime as needed

Compliance with all healthcare licensing, certification, and hospital policies
