Job Description
- Supports the mission and vision of McLaren Port Huron through behaviors that reflect and integrate our values, as evidenced by observation, peer and customer feedback.
- Performs specific special procedures, vascular and cardiovascular procedures. Implements activities to establish and maintain quality diagnostic studies
- Coordinates the special procedure examinations to ensure the quality and continuity of patient care
- Contributes to the efficient operation of the department and assists implementation of patient s plan of care
- Demonstrates commitment to professional growth and competence
- Contributes to the effective operations of the department by dependability in job performance
Requirement description :
- Please note traveler ust live/stay within 30 min of facility during the duration of the assingment - not a requirement for submission
- Associates degree in Radiology Technology or Graduate of a JRCERT Accredited Radiography Program - [REQUIRED]
- ARRT registered-[REQUIRED] [DOUMENT]
- BLS certification [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- ACLS certification within one (1) year of hire- [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- One (1) year Vascular and Cardiac Cath lab or Special Procedures experience, [PREFERRED]
Health system-wide profile standards
- References NOT required.
- A skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties is required. All other professions outside of Nursing are not required but preferred.
- Michigan license verification is required for nurses. Please provide LARA and Nursys; if there is a license hit, it would be in the traveler s best interest to provide a write-up of what happened for the manager's review.
- Physical copies of certifications are only required in the profile if listed above.
- Full-time employees of McLaren are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment.

Weekend Requirements : Yes Call and one weekend/month
On Call Requirements : 6-10 days/month depending on medical leaves and open positions (Weekends included in this number)
