If they worked travel at UPH (not FTE or PRN), the separation policy does not apply

- NBO: 16 hrs
- EMR: EPIC
- OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier
- Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum
- On Call: ***/hr
- Charge/Precept: ***/hr
Billable OT:
- 36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40
- 48 hrs/week, OT billable after 48

- 24 months of interventional vascular/IR lab experience in a hospital or medical center setting [REQUIRED]
- Cardiac Cath Lab/CCL experience in a hospital or medical center setting [PREFERRED]
- Experienced & proficient in Endovascular [PREFERRED]
- Iowa Radiology license [highly preferred] -- will consider licensing candidates -- issuance timeline varies if non-active
- active ARRT or RCIS/CCI [nice to have]
- experience in thrombolytics [highly preferred]
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:
- Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current interventional vascular/IR lab experience [required]
- Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (interventional vascular/IR lab) [required]
- Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred]
- Driver s License [document] [required]
- AHA/Active American Heart Association or ARC/client BLS [required]
- RCIS/CCI or ARRT/The American Registry of Radiology Technologists - [nice to have}
