Employee Separation Policy: Any past employee of UPH whether FTE, or PRN for the UPH float pool, cannot work travel in another Market no matter which facility they currently work at, or have worked at within the past 12 months. If they worked travel at UPH (not FTE or PRN), the separation policy does not apply

HOLIDAY update: unless the Unit is closed, your contractor is required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming Winter holidays

• NBO: 16 hrs
• EMR: EPIC
• OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier
• Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum
• On Call: ***/hr
• Charge/Precept: ***/hr

Billable OT:

• 36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40
• 48 hrs/week, OT billable after 48

• Patient Types: all ages
• Drips: power injection contrast injections
• Scrubs: Charcoal Gray

Will float across campuses: Iowa Lutheran, Methodist West & Iowa Methodist Medical Center

RequirementDescription:

Orientation Dates: 11/9, 11/16 (must be able to start on one of these dates to receive elevated bill rate)
HOLIDAY update: unless the Unit is closed, your contractor is required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming Winter holidays

• minimum of 24 months experience in CT / Computed Tomography [required] (hospital/medical center experience prioritized)
• proficient experience using Siemens CT equipment [required]
• proficient experience using Client CT [preferred]
• EPIC experience [required]
• experience with all age groups which are shift dependent [required]
• ARRT (CT) [required]
• experience with contrast [required]
• experience with power injection contrast injector (preferred)
• active IA radiology license - [highly preferred] --- will consider licensing candidates; 1-3 week turnaround time
• recent Level I trauma experience [highly preferred]
• Level II trauma experience [highly preferred]
• Level III trauma experience [required]
• recent stroke imaging experience [required]

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:

• Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current CT / Computed Tomography experience [required]
• Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job; CT / Computed Topography [required]
• Active IA radiology license at time of submission [highly preferred] [document]
• ARRT / American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certificate [required] [document]
• Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred]
• AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/client BLS - Basic Life Support [required]
• Driver s License [document] [required]
