Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment on the factory floor
• Assemble, inspect, and package manufactured products according to quality standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with safety protocols
• Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Load and unload materials, parts, and finished goods as needed
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing, factory, or production environment preferred
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
