The $21.30 hourly starting pay is structured to be competitive and may extend up to the $24.71 midpoint of the annual range, reflecting our commitment to offering competitive compensation to qualified candidates.

This is a temporary role with an anticipated end date of January 31, 2027. The weekly schedule will vary ranging from 30 to 40 hours per week depending on business need.

This position provides administrative and operational support to the Admissions team, ensuring efficient daily operations through coordination of scheduling, communications, recordkeeping, purchasing, reporting, and departmental activities. This role helps support a positive experience for guests, employees, and partners while contributing to the overall success of the department.

YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support to the Admissions department, including scheduling, calendar management, meeting coordination, training logistics, and onboarding activities as needed.
- Collaborate closely with the Admissions leadership to support departmental operations, maintain consistency, and ensure timelines and priorities are met.
- Maintain professional and responsive communication with leadership through meetings, email, Microsoft Teams, and in-person interactions.
- Maintain accurate records, files, reports, and departmental documentation in accordance with organizational standards.
- Assist with purchasing, invoice processing, expense tracking, and supply inventory management.
- Track projects, deadlines, and operational priorities to help ensure consistency, accountability, and successful completion of departmental objectives.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and system updates while maintaining data accuracy and
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support Admissions operations and enhance guest service
- Monitor and order office supplies and equipment, ensuring resources are available for daily
- Provide coverage support for main reception as needed and/or requested.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Successful applicants must live and work in Washington State to perform this role.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
