Temporary Dental Hygienist

Premier Dental is seeking a temporary Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our friendly, patient-focused team in West Grove, PA. We are a modern PPO/FFS practice that values quality care, teamwork, and work-life balance.

Practice Location: Premier Dental - 390 Vineyard Way, West Grove, PA 19390

Schedule:

• Mon, Tue: 7am-4pm
• Wed: 9.30am-6.30pm
• Thu: 8am-2pm

Coverage Dates: Dec 16, 2026 to Feb 1, 2027

Pay: $55-$65 per hour

Dental Hygienist Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments.
• Conduct periodontal assessments and document findings.
• Take and develop dental X-rays as needed.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventative care.
• Assist the dentist with examinations and provide chairside support when necessary.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts in the practice management system.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols.
• Identify signs of oral diseases such as gingivitis, periodontitis, and cavities.
• Administer local anesthesia and perform scaling and root planning.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required:

• Active PA Registered Dental Hygienist license (or willingness to apply)
• New dental hygiene graduates are also encouraged to apply.
