We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a Chief People Officer within a leading philanthropic organization. Description
- Manage a complex and dynamic executive calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper, prioritizing requests and ensuring efficient use of the executive's time.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements through Concur.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, presentations, and follow-up actions.
- Manage expense reports and administrative documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support special projects and initiatives as directed by the Chief People Officer.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Assist with operational, finance-related, or foundation-related administrative tasks as needed.

Profile
A successful Temporary Executive Assistant should have:
- Proven experience supporting a C-suite executive, ideally a Chief People Officer or senior HR leader.
- Exceptional calendar management and scheduling expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Confident communicator with the ability to manage competing priorities and act as an effective gatekeeper.
- Required: Hands-on experience booking and managing travel through Concur.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
- Exposure to foundations, operations, finance, or related environments is advantageous.
