What You'll Do as a Packer - 2nd Shift:- Pack finished products into trays, boxes, and cases according to product specifications
- Inspect seals, lot codes, labels, weights, and finished products for quality
- Build trays, label cases, and palletize finished products
- Monitor packaging quality and communicate potential issues to production and quality team members
- Assist with production line setup, changeovers, shift changes, and cleanup
- Record waste and scrap accurately according to established procedures
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area while following food safety, GMP, and allergen-control requirements
What You Need to Bring to the Packer - 2nd Shift Role:- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to stand and bend for extended periods throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow product specifications and instructions
- Ability to read and write in English
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to follow food safety, quality, sanitation, and GMP requirements
