Temporary Property Manager II (8-week Assignment)

JOB SUMMARY

SoLa Impact is seeking a dedicated and motivated Temporary Property Manager II to join our team on a 60-day contract assignment. In this role, you will provide critical support to property management operations by overseeing the day-to-day activities of the property during a period of increased business need. Responsibilities include supporting tenant relations, managing maintenance requests, facilitating leasing activities, and ensuring compliance with all property management policies and regulations.

The ideal candidate is an experienced property management professional who can quickly step into a fast-paced environment, maintain operational excellence, and deliver exceptional service to residents. A passion for affordable housing and a commitment to enhancing the resident experience are essential, along with the ability to contribute immediately to the team"s operational goals during this temporary assignment.

PAY RATE: $28-$36 PER HOUR
