Job Description
As the Superintendent, you will oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage day-to-day field operations for tenant improvement and interior construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders throughout all phases of construction
- Develop and maintain project schedules to drive timely project completion
- Conduct site meetings and proactively resolve field challenges
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, company standards, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor workmanship and quality control to ensure client expectations are exceeded
- Partner closely with Project Managers to deliver successful project outcomes

The Successful Applicant
For the Project Superintendent - Commercial Interiors (Tenant Improvements) we are seeking:
- 3+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction
- Proven experience leading Class A office, high-rise, and tenant improvement projects
- Strong knowledge of commercial interior construction methods and sequencing
- Demonstrated success managing subcontractors and maintaining project schedules
- Understanding of construction safety regulations and quality control procedures
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative approach with a commitment to client satisfaction and team success
