Tenant Improvement Superintendent - Austin, TX

The Tenant Improvement Superintendent will lead field operations for Class A office and high-rise tenant improvement projects throughout the Austin market.

• Manage day-to-day construction activities from project kickoff through closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure project success
• Maintain project schedules and proactively address potential delays
• Enforce safety standards and promote a safety-first culture on-site
• Conduct quality control inspections and ensure work meets client expectations
• Partner closely with project managers, architects, and ownership teams
• Drive project completion while maintaining budget, schedule, and quality objectives

For the Tenant Improvement Superintendent we are seeking:

• 3-5 years of superintendent experience in commercial construction
• Proven experience managing tenant improvement projects
• Strong background in Class A office interiors and high-rise construction
• Ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced project schedules
• Knowledge of construction sequencing, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Experience working with project management and scheduling software preferred
