Tenant Improvements Superintendent

• Oversee daily construction activities for tenant improvement projects and maintain progress against project schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to complete work according to project plans.
• Review drawings and project documents to guide site activities and resolve field questions.
• Monitor work quality and address installation issues to meet project requirements.
• Maintain site safety practices and communicate safety expectations to project teams.
• Track project materials, deliveries, and site needs to reduce delays.
• Provide clear project updates on site progress, schedule needs, and active work areas.
• Conduct site walkthroughs to identify completion items and support timely project closeout.

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing commercial construction projects
• Experience with tenant improvements, interior renovations, healthcare, retail, office, restaurant, or ground-up projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, sequencing, and safety requirements
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing field personnel
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency with construction management software and project documentation systems
• OSHA certification is a plus
