Tennis Coach

WestFit is seeking an energetic and passionate coach to join our expanding Junior Development Team. With a thriving U12 program (Red, Orange, and Green Ball) and a deep pipeline of young talent, this is the perfect role for a junior specialist or an ambitious coach looking to grow under professional mentorship.

The ideal candidate must be able to handle all on-court coaching responsibilities with a calm, organized, and professional approach. We are a club on the rise, and for the right candidate, this position offers significant potential to expand weekly hours and take on more responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Coach group classes for players ages 6–12 using USTA Red/Orange/Green progression

• Deliver fun, structured, high-quality sessions

• Communicate professionally with parents and staff

• Assist with evaluations

• Support camps and seasonal programs

• Maintain a positive learning environment

• Supervise all on-court activities and ensure adherence to facility rules and safety procedures.

• Enforce club policies and safety procedures to ensure a secure environment for all members and staff.

Qualifications/Skills

• Experience working with young juniors

• Teaching certification preferred (USPTA, PTR, GPTCA)

• USTA Safe Play required or willingness to obtain

• Strong communication skills

• Team-first mindset

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on program needs.

• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
