Tennis Front Desk Attendant - Part Time Weekday Daytime

Hours: 15-20 hours per week

About the Role

Our Tennis Front Desk Attendant is the first person the member sees when they walk into the Tennis Shop.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring tennis court reservations throughout shift
• Greeting members and guests entering facility
• Filling requisitions for food, drinks, and snacks behind the counter and keeping full stock.
• Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages such as:
• • sports drinks, soda, water
  • pouring beers from beer kegs
  • serving wine
  • making mixed liquor drinks - a select few
• Must be available to work weekday daytime shifts. Typical shifts are Tuesday- Friday 8am- 4pm
• Communicating between tennis professionals, maintenance staff, tennis management, and other clubhouse departments
• Keeping work area clean and tidy
• Checking out members with merchandise through Northstar POS system

• Must have great communication skills and outgoing personality
• Must be organized
• Must be efficient in their work
• Must be customer-service oriented
• Must be eager to learn
• Must be efficient in Microsoft Office
• Must be comfortable problem-solving and working individually
