Job Summary:
Join Baton Rouge Cargo Service, Inc. as a Terminal Manager overseeing the operations of our terminal facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, day-to-day facility operations, and ensuring the efficient flow of cargo in and out of the terminal.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise terminal staff and manage day-to-day operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate movement of cargo.
- Maintain safety and security protocols.
- Oversee inventory control and maintenance of equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize terminal performance.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in terminal management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of safety and security regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
