Own the Territory

As a Territory Account Manager - Duluth, you'll drive sales performance across your assigned market-turning customer needs into smart plans that grow volume, margin, and satisfaction. This role exists to keep execution sharp in every outlet and to lead the people and processes that make results happen.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute territory goals, promotions, and marketing strategies
• Maintain strong customer relationships through regular scheduled visits
• Lead and develop team members through coaching, training, feedback, and problem resolution
• Manage orders, inventory, pricing verification, POS placement, and merchandising standards
• Complete accurate, timely reporting; collect accounts receivable; troubleshoot delivery/product issues

Required qualifications/skills

• Territory sales, negotiation, presentations, and customer relationship building
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and basic trade math
• Supervisory experience; CRM + Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
• Valid Class D driver's license

You'll balance quick decisions with steady follow-through, pivoting when a display needs a reset, a price needs confirmation, or a customer has an urgent question. Between stops, you'll log updates on your tablet, keep paperwork tight, and stay connected with delivery reps and merchandisers so nothing slips. Some days include morning driver checkouts or an extra push after hours to keep a promotion humming. Throughout it all, you stay compliant with company, state, and federal requirements-and you keep safety front and center while you build momentum.
