AMS Retail Solutions is seeking a motivated, outgoing Territory Brand Representative to represent Bosch Power Tools throughout an assigned retail territory.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, learning about innovative products, and making an impact through hands-on demonstrations, product education, and relationship building.
What You'll Do
- Represent Bosch Power Tools at major home improvement retailers
- Build strong relationships with store associates, department supervisors, and management teams
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and hands-on training to help associates understand and recommend Bosch products
- Support sales growth through product knowledge, merchandising, and promotional activities
- Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility, product placement and retail execution
- Gather competitive insights, customer feedback, and market observations
- Manage the assigned store visits, travel, and reporting responsibilities
- Participate in occasional trade shows, promotional events, and training sessions

- A willingness to learn new products and develop professional sales skills
- Comfort working in a retail environment and conducting hands-on demonstrations
Experience That Can Help You Succeed:
- College coursework or a degree
- Retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or brand ambassador experience
- Sales or marketing experience
- Familiarity with power tools, constructions, DIY projects or home improvement retail
Minimum Requirements:
- Travel required (will include occasional overnight stays)
- Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates is required
- Required to lift up to 50 lbs. with frequent standing, bending and twisting
- Proof of valid driver's license and insurance required (must meet company's minimum requirements)
- HS diploma or equivalent required, college degree highly preferred
- 2 years of vendor sales experience preferred
- 1 year of field sales/customer service experience preferred
- Bilingual English/POLISH or SPANISH a big advantage (not required)
