Coordinate cross‑functional inputs (TSS, Pricing, Sales, Operations, Commercial, Legal) and manage deadlines, checklists, and deliverables. Maintain and update master proposal templates to ensure consistency and compliance. Support bid/no‑bid decisions, preliminary commercial reviews, and manage NDAs/confidentiality requirements. Serve as the primary liaison for manufacturer representative firms, ensuring timely proposal inputs and compliance with forms, pricing guidance, and templates. Track and communicate rep performance indicators, participate in quarterly rep reviews, and support rep onboarding/training. Collaborate with training teams to provide materials and ensure reps are equipped with updated proposal tools and processes. Qualificationsarrow_right A solid sales mindset paired with experience in manufacturing or industrial settings. Experience working on proposals (RFPs, RFQs), coordinating projects, or putting together service‑based quotes. Comfort working in industrial or technical environments. Nice to have familiarity with EPCs, utilities, or large industrial bidding cycles. Nice to have some exposure to commercial terms like NDAs or early‑stage commercial reviews. Nice to have experience working with independent manufacturer rep networks. Nice to have basic understanding of mechanical or sealing systems - training is available if you're new to this area.
